Training schedule

This is the practice schedule throughout the seasons. Our team consists of players that are dedicated to tennis year-round. 

Location: Rolland Moore Park tennis courts, 80526 Fort Collins

Winter & spring schedule 2024

Dates: January - May 24

We have afternoon practice Monday - Thursday until 5.15 PM. Morning practice begins (before school hours) when weather allows in April.

Dates: May 27 - August 16

Summer schedule 2024

Summer practice is 7-12 AM Monday - Friday.

FUNdamentals kids practice Monday and Wednesday 11-12 AM.

The morning practice for performance players looks like this:

  • Mobility warm-up & foam rolling, 15 min. (self practice)

  • Movement practice, 30 min. 

  • Tennis practice, 1:30 h

  • Strength & conditioning, 15-30 min. (selfpractice)

  • Stretching, 20 min. (selfpractice)

 

Max capacity of 6 players to maintain high quality and respect individual coaching.

 

Current performance team level ranges approximately from 6 to 9 UTR, so for you to join the team you would have to be in that same range.
